QUESTIONS?
Darlene welcomes the public to e-mail her directly with any questions or concerns you may have. You may also call her at (928) 428-2828.

The Graham County Assessor's Office is responsible for locating, identifying and appraising all assessable properties subject to ad valorem taxes.  The County Assessor is responsible for notifying each property owner of their values.  This requirement is met by mailing out Notice of Value cards and letters.

The Assessor's Office strives to value all properties accurately, fairly and uniformly as per Arizona Revised Statutes and Department of Revenue Guidelines.

The tax rates are set by the County Board of Supervisors and Taxing Authorities in your taxing district.  The taxes are collected by the County Treasurer's Office.
