Title Transfers:

Our Technical Clerk II is responsible for transferring ownership of recorded documents, processing and tracking parcel splits, parcel combo requests, legal changes and subdivisions on a daily basis.

Drafting:

Our Drafting Technician begins the appraisal process by ensuring that all new subdivisions, splits, and combo parcels are identified, numbered and represented on the parcel maps.  The drafting technician must interpret subdivision plats, surveys, simple and complex legal descriptions to try and achieve the best possible representation.

Our staff will be pleased to be of service and assist you in understanding questions regarding title transfers, drafting or applications either over the telephone or in person.
