Action Item:
Resolution 2011-2, which Resolution of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Graham (the “Authority”) ratifies action taken on September 8, 2011 (Resolution 2011-1) providing approval by the Authority for the issuance of Bonds on behalf of the Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center, Inc. (the “Borrower”), in the aggregate principal amount of not-to-exceed Nine Million Dollars ($9,000,000) (the “Mount Graham Community Hospital Projects”) Series 2011, the proceeds of which will be loaned to the Borrower pursuant to a Loan Agreement by and between the Authority and Borrower and used to renovate, remodel, and expand Borrower’s Hospital facilities.
