Mission Statement
Our mission is to coordinate an emergency management system of mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery to protect the lives, environment and property of the people of Graham County; to mitigate loss of life and vital assets prior to, during, and immediate aftermath of a disaster; and to facilitate the speedy recovery of Graham County in the short and long term intervals following a disaster.
