The purpose of the Environmental Health Office is to educate and protect the general public and business enterprises regarding Food Safety, Sanitation, Vectorborne and Zoonotic Disease. This is accomplished through the process of facility inspections, testing, disease surveillance, the issuance of permits and regulatory enforcement.
