HIV Counseling & Testing - Confidential HIV testing is available by appointment only to persons with certain risk factors. An appointment for HIV testing will include pre-test counseling, a risk assessment and rapid testing which is done by use of a fingerstick, with results available in 20 minutes. Health education, risk reduction, and referrals to other health care services (including Ryan White case management) are also provided as needed. Home Schooling - In order for us to be fully supportive of your desire to instruct your child at home, the Graham County School Superintendent has put together a policy and procedures packet to assure your compliance with the law. This packet is available in their office, or one can be mailed to you.
