The Graham County Board of Supervisors is calling for sealed bids on Real Property at 2585 E. Nelson Drive. All bids must be clearly marked “REAL PROPERTY, APN 103-16-055A 17/18-22” on the outside of the envelope and returned to Graham County Board of Supervisors, 921 W Thatcher Blvd, Safford, AZ 85546. Bid may also be faxed to (928) 428-5951 provided it is followed by a hard copy. Please call Joe Goodman at (928) 428-0410 with any questions related to the bid.

The property is being sold as is, minimum bid of $3,000. All existing structures on the property must be demolished and cleaned up within 30 (thirty) days of closing. Bid packets containing project details may be picked up Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Graham County Planning & Zoning Office, 921 W Thatcher Blvd, Safford, AZ 85546. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portion thereof. This bid must be delivered to the Board of Supervisors office by 4:00 p.m. on March 1, 2018. THE BIDS WILL BE OPENED at the Board of Supervisors meeting on March 5, 2018 at 8:00 a.m.
