Recorded Documents:

The Graham County Recorder’s document search allows you to perform complex searches of recorded documents such as Power of Attorney, Quit Claim Deeds, State Tax Liens, Warranty Deeds, Deed of Trust, Community Property and much more through a simple to use interface. If you have questions regarding recorded documents please contact our County Recorder at 928-428-3560.





Miscellaneous Documents:

The Graham County Document Center is also a collection of applications, brochures, forms, permits, newsletters, ordinances, etc. from all departments. Some files may take some time to appear or open. Please be patient.

Many of our forms allow you to fill them out on-line.  Some even contain a “submit” button.  All fillable .pdf forms listed here and throughout our Graham County website function better when using the Internet Explorer web browser.  If you are using FireFox, Chrome or Edge, you may not be able to use or see a form’s fillable fields.

Each department link contains a list of documents pertaining to that particular department.  For more detailed information on any document you find here, please visit the department’s Home page.
