Notice To The Public
Because the General Service Building isn’t open on Fridays, owners have not been able to pick up their animals on Fridays because they haven’t been able to pay their fee to the Graham County Treasurer's Office. To accommodate Fridays and Fridays only, the Animal Control Facility will accept money orders made out to Graham County for the release of the owner’s animal.
The City of Safford also has the extra $50 impound fee, so if the animal is from Safford, the owner can also bring in a money order on Fridays only for $50 made out to the City of Safford to accompany the money order to Graham County for the release of their animal.

Notice To The Public
There is a City of Safford fee for all dogs and cats impounded from the city that are held in the Graham County Animal Control Facility.
$50 payment must be made at the City of Safford
This is applied every time the animal is picked up.
Receipt must be presented to the Graham County Animal Control Facility before the animal is picked up (there will be additional fees from Animal Control).
