Missing Pet

Each animal that is brought into our facility has 72 hours, from the time they arrive, for their owner to claim them before they will be put up for adoption! Please contact our facility at 928-348-6676 as soon as you realize your pet is missing.

If your pet is in our facility and you'd like to reclaim it, please call us at 928-348-6676. If we do not answer the phone please leave a message. Our facility does not have a front desk receptionist and quite often we are out of the office on calls.

Return to Owner Fees

The fees listed are calculated to recover the costs of services provided.

• 1st Offense: $35 first day ($15 each additional day thereafter)
• 2nd Offense: $70 first day ($15 each additional day thereafter)
• 3rd Offense: $100 first day ($15 each additional day thereafter)

Strays

If you have found a stray animal you may bring it to our facility. You can also take it to a local veterinarian to have it scanned for a microchip to try to locate the owner.

Tips

• Consider having your pet micro-chipped
• Keep a collar on your pet at all times
• Purchase a dog license and attach it to your pet's collar
• Purchase an identification tag for your cat and attach it to your pet's collar
