Passport Services

Applications for United States passport can be obtained and submitted though the office of the Graham County Clerk of the Court. U.S. Passports are administered through the U.S. Department of State of the federal government. The Graham County Clerk is authorized to receive and submit passport applications. U.S. Passports are available only to U.S. citizens or non-citizen nationals. A passport is required for all travel outside of the United States, in order to reflect the bearer's origin, identity, and nationality.

Pay Property Taxes Online

In cooperation with the Graham County Treasurer's Office, Point and Pay, LLC. offers individuals and businesses the opportunity to pay taxes by telephone or directly over the Internet.

Permanent Early Voting List

Any registered voter may request to be included on the "Permanent Early Voting List" in order to automatically receive an early ballot by mail, for all elections they are eligible to participate, that are governed by state law. In order to be included on the "Permanent Early Voting List," the voter must make a written request specifically asking that their name be added to the permanent list. The request must include the voter's name, residence address, mailing address within the county you reside, date of birth and your signature.

Planning & Zoning Commission

A.R.S. 11-802 states, "The Board of Supervisors...shall plan and provide for the future growth and improvement of its area of jurisdiction...and...form a planning and zoning commission to consult with and advise it regarding matters of planning, zoning, and subdivision platting..." A.R.S. 11-806 indicates, "The Commission shall act in an advisory capacity to the Board of Supervisors and may, from time to time, and shall, when requested by the Board, make a report or recommendation in connection with any matter relating to the development of the County..." "The Commission shall prepare and recommend to the Board a comprehensive plan of the area of jurisdiction...to conserve the natural resources of the County, to insure efficient expenditure of public funds, and to promote the public health, safety, convenience, and general welfare of the public."A.R.S. 11-821 - "The Commission shall formulate and adopt a comprehensive long-term county plan for the development of land...with the general purpose of guiding and accomplishing a coordinated and harmonious development of the area of jurisdiction." Planning & Zoning Hearing Application

The Planning and Zoning Commission shall consider an application to schedule a public hearing at the next regularly scheduled meeting, if the completed application is received at least 10 working days prior to the next scheduled meeting. Polling Places

Vote Centers-Polling Places are listed on the Graham County Elections page. In the event of a disaster that affects a polling location, early voting site or central count, the Elections Department will provide up to date emergency information to keep Graham County citizens informed about the situation and provide instructions to help communities continue with the voting process.

Pregnancy Testing

This service is available to women age 23 and above who suspect they may be pregnant. The time interval needed to do a pregnancy test is at least 6 weeks after the first day of the woman's last menstrual period. Testing is offered every Monday afternoon (3:30-4:30 p.m.) and Thursday afternoon (3-4 p.m.) on a walk-in basis. Depending on the test results, appropriate referrals are offered to other available health care services. Contact our Health Department for an appointment.

Public Health Services

Public Meetings

The Graham County Board of Supervisors meet every 1st and 3rd Monday of every month unless it is a holiday, in which case they will meet on Tuesday. A current agenda is posted online along with Board minutes and agendas as far back as 2007. Minutes dated into the late 1800s are available to the public by contacting 928-428-3250. The Graham County Planning and Zoning Commission meet every third Wednesday of each month as needed. A current agenda is posted online along with a meeting schedule. The Board of Supervisors hears Planning and Zoning issues every third Monday of each month as needed.
