  • Necessary Lab Work
  • Pap Smear
  • Physical Exam

All of these services can all be done in one visit. Clinics are held Tuesday afternoons from 1:30 to 4 p.m. The types of contraception offered are birth control pills, condoms, and depo-provera injections. Please call 928-428-0110 for more information or appointments.

Please Note: Although there are no age restrictions for participation in the Family Planning Program and we are under strict guidelines for maintaining the confidentiality, recent revisions to state statutes require that participants under the age of fourteen that are believed to be engaging in either consensual or non-consensual sexual activity, must be reported to DES Child Protective Services. All inspectors are Registered Sanitarians with ADHS. These evaluations are conducted according to standards published in the Arizona Food Code 2000.
