"Welcome to the Graham County Superior Court Document Center. This section has been designed to provide our clients with online legal forms. The legal forms are intended for use by persons who are not represented by an attorney. Each packet contains the instructions as well as the official documents for legal procedures. Be sure to read all the instructions to avoid any delay in filing forms."
Completed Forms
Once forms are completed and printed out you must file your documents with the Graham County Clerk of the Superior Court at:

Please remember that the Clerk of the Court has a fee schedule for filing legal forms, you may find fees listed on the Court Filing Fees page. All fees are subject to change so you may need to contact the Clerk's Office at 928-428-3100 to verify filing fees.

- In Person - Cash, Money Order, or Credit Card

All forms officially filed with the Superior Court must be completed in English. The Spanish-language forms are to be used as a reference only.
