The Graham County Document Center is a collection of applications, brochures, forms, permits, newsletters, ordinances, etc. from all departments. Some files may take some time to appear or open. Please be patient.

Many of our forms allow you to fill them out online.  Some even contain a “submit” button.  All fillable PDF forms listed here and throughout our Graham County website function better when using the Internet Explorer web browser.  If you are using FireFox, Chrome or Edge, you may not be able to use or see a form’s fillable fields.

Each department link contains a list of documents pertaining to that particular department.  For more detailed information on any document you find here, please visit the department’s Home page.
